MLD Security was founded by Milan Durdevic on 18th  August 2002, we’ve developed close relationships with our clients to build towards a safe successful workplace by fulfilling our clients needs. We maintain a standard that is met to our clients needs, providing high level services which requires enthusiastic employees which can competently perform required tasks.

Flexibility to the client’s needs and demands are meet in a timely professional manner, which in return will build the strength of both companies and create a strong bond, we strive to maintain strong relationships to prove that we can adapt to different company needs successfully. We’ve do special requests which helps our clients from using to much time and resources in order to get a particular task/job done. 

MLD has public liability cover in the event of an incident that may occur.

All people employed by MLD has to be trained up to current standards set out by Victorian Private Security Licensing Division which is a level type guard/Crowd controller, plus they must also contain a minimum of level two first aid. 

Presentation is core aspect of our company regarding dress codes. These codes are:

• Uniform that consists of black pants, black shirt, black jacket/jumper.

• All employees must be well groomed

MLD is aiming to expand to a select number of clientele where everyone can excel. Ranging from short term to long term contracts, we do our best during the time of contract.
